Dimensions of Role are to:
*Project manage the delivery of e-Observations and bed management functions across the trust
*Work collaboratively with NerveCentre to deliver the end product
*Work closely with a number of key stakeholders involved in the project, in particular the CNIO/ SRO, CCIO, Digital services staff and clinical staff from a wide range of roles
*Take responsibility for the creation of project documentation and planning ensuring resources are assigned and workstreams identified and owned by key individuals
*Develop plans to address project risks and issues and take action to implement.
*Escalate project risks and issues that cannot be resolved at project level.
*Manage the links and dependencies between the various workstreams within the project portfolio
*Set up and control the project through a steering group, chaired by the SRO, and through PMO governance controls.
*Provide updates of progress to Programme Manager and Head of Digital Programmes and escalate as appropriate where project drifting off timelines
*Provide regular highlight reports and update programme dashboards as part of monthly project reporting
*Monitor and control the project deliverables against agreed plans, targets and deadlines using standard project documentation and Project on Line (POL).
Key skills are:
*Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders including trust staff at different levels of authority as well as suppliers
*Ability to produce clear up to date project plans and communicate the requirements to workstream leads and hold them to account on delivery
*Excellent track record of delivering projects to time and in budget
*Reliance to deal with competing demands that are inevitable with this role and drive delivery
*Ability to manage senior staff and their expectations
*Good knowledge of clinical processes preferably has a clinical background
*Experience in the delivery of an e-Observation and Bed Management programme
*Prince 2 qualified or similar project management qualification
*Minimum of 5 years project management experience

*Excellent customer service skills in face-to-face, telephone or electronic interaction with clients,
*Excellent language and communications skills,
*Ability to problem-solve in a complex project environment,
*Knowledge of Prince 2, Agile, POL or similar
*Ability to work in a team,
*Ability to prioritise workload and hold project team to account
*Resilience to still deliver in a challenging environment
