* Contribute SME knowledge to O365 Project Migration Activities

* Perform Migration and associated user support tasks

* Provide Post-Migration Early Life and Support Activities

* Work alongside programme and team members to provide input into support process improvements

Must have:

*Deep knowledge & experience in O365 Migration and Support

oBitTitan Migration

oExchange

oSharePoint

oTeams

oIntune

oRBAC

oOffice Apps

*Deep knowledge & experience in Azure Cloud Services Configuration, Management and Support

*Deep knowledge & experience in IDAM with a focus on Azure AD and Authentication and Authorization with other SaaS applications and resources

oConditional Access, MFA, PAM, Provisioning, Federation

*Experience of Scripting with PowerShell, ARM Templates and Bash.

*Strong communication skills at all levels

*Experienced presenting information to different audiences

Desirable:

*Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals

*Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator

*Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer

*MCSA: Office 365/Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator

*Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
