My Public Sector Client based in Leeds is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their multi-million pound transformation programme.

The successful candidate must possess expertise in the mapping and design of "as-is" and "to-be" processes in Microsoft Visio and BPMN (Business Process Management Notation) 2.0.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience building process models and have a thorough approach to requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation and traceability.

Requirements for Business Process Analyst

- BMPN Extensive Experience - version 2.0 (Lite)

- Mapping and Design of "as-is" and "to-be" processes

- Building process models

- Customer Journeys

- Process improvement/reengineering
