Service Architect (ITSM Tooling) - SC CLEARED

Our client is looking for an experienced service architect to work with their client in a secure location in Wiltshire.

The specialism required for this role is to take a look at the customers ITSM toolkit and complete a gap analysis considering the "as is" and "to be" states

the role is for an initial 2 month period but the client have advised that there is plenty of follow on work and that this contract has a high chance of extending.

Requirements/responsibilities

- in depth knowledge of IT Service management

- in depth ITIL knowledge and experience

- Broad experience of different ITSM toolkits

- Service architecture

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
