-MS Windows Server 2003/8/12 and support tools

-MS Exchange Server 2003/2010

-MS SQL Server 2005/08

-VMware ESX 4.0, 4.1, 5.0

-MS Active Directory

-Load Balancing and Clustering Techniques

-Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) technologies - deploying, managing, monitoring

-Appsense User Virtualisation or equivalent

-Apple OS X Server

-Mobile Device management and Development

-DNS & DHCP

-Linux/Unix Skills

-Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCDP

-Cisco Networking Fundamentals of architecture and design

-Knowledge of ISO 7 layer network model

-Knowledge of Cisco IOS

-Knowledge of Firewalls

-Knowledge of remote access techniques including RAS and VPN techniques

-Proactive systems and applications monitoring techniques

-NHS Networking initiatives and programs, I.E. N3 & COIN technologies and procedures

-LAN/WAN technologies

-TCP/IP Networking

-Evidence of Continuing Professional development particularly with regards to remaining current with networking technology and best practice

-Thorough understanding of key IT service requirements

-Extensive experience of PC/desktop and mobile hardware, operating systems and applications software including configuration, delivery and installation of PCs, monitors, terminals, tablets, printers and peripherals.

-Experience of working in a user support environment for a minimum of 3 years

-Wintel server architecture and peripherals

-Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager

-Multiple language scripting skills.
