SOC Manager/ Principle Analyst

My Client has an exciting Opportunity based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible to fill a SC Cleared SOC Manager position. The ideal Candidate will have the following skill set:

* Experience of managing a Security Operations Centre.

* Experience of managing an organisational change programme.

* Strong customer service ethic.

* Ability to translate desired business outcomes into meaningful technology

solutions.

* High level of representational, influencing and interpersonal skills with ability

to engage at very senior (Director/CEO) levels both internally and in the

customer environment.

* Ability to take accountability for the account plans.

* Strong numerical and analytical skill.

* Able to interpret and manipulate complex data and able to understand financial

matters such as cost, price and margin.

* Ability to take ownership of and lead through to resolution high profile, complex

problems that affect the business area and potentially the reputation of the

wider organisation.

* Able to quickly absorb information, analyse problems and work on a wide range of

differing topics, working within a fast paced, diverse operating environment.

* Ability to organise and prioritise both own workload and that of others to react

to issues.

* Flexible and resilient; able to deal with conflicting priorities and react

quickly to changing priorities.

* Ability to make evidence based decisions and to take all decisions through to

their conclusion.

* IT literate; all MS Office applications

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
