My telecoms client who are based in Hatfield are currently looking for Cisco accredited (CCNA) helpdesk engineers.

Key Purpose of the role -

This role is to assist in the migration of WAN/LAN networks, circuits and CPE from the customer network onto multiple different vendor's networks.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements of the role

*Logging onto CPE and migrating network components onto new CNSP's (Consumer Network Service Providers)

*Working to strict migration schedules, ensuring KCI throughout is timely and accurate and troubleshooting any live issue's throughout the migration period

*Where appropriate highlight any areas of concern to the manager that are preventing you from progressing/resolving the migrations and the parallel actions you are taking to overcome it.

*Be flexible - OOH requirement may also be required due to migration requests

*Working hours are 12-8pm Mon-Fri

Key Skills -

*Experience in WAN/LAN environment is essential

*Cisco CCNA desirable but not essential

*Microsoft suite skills required
