Role: Voice Engineer

Location: Wilrijk (Antwerp)

Duration: 3 months (extension very likely)

Language: English only is OK

Daily Hours: 09:00AM to 17:00PM

My client are looking for a consultant to support the current Cisco UC environment while they migrate towards Skype.

1st line support will be done by a remote team in Brazil, but the 2nd line should be done by this resource.

It's an operational role but my client are looking for someone senior as it goes up to 3rd level.

Support call manager V11.5

Cisco Jabber 11.5

Client 11.1

Unity 11.5

Cisco contact centre

(total of 8 clusters - worldwide)

Background in Cisco routing and switching is a nice to have.
