(SC) Service Designer

The chosen candidate will join a team that includes a Service Manager, Delivery Manager, TA, Developer and User Researcher.

Must be available to start as of the 11th March.

SC clearance.

*Experience of interaction design in cross functional agile teams

*Experience of introducing user-centered design to organisations

*HTML/CSS knowledge

*Experience of working within Government/public sector

*Prototyping experience

*Experience of leading the design and working autonomously in an agile delivery team

*Demonstrate ability to work closely with others, including user researchers, front-end developers and product and delivery leads

*Strong communications skills and the ability to explain design decisions to others inside and outside of the delivery team

*Be transparent and collaborative when making decisions

*Experience of successful collaborative working environment

*Create and maintain an agile working environment

*Take responsibility for their work

*Can work with clients with low technical expertise

*Able to challenge the status quo and use persuasion skills to achieve business buy-ins

*Have a no-blame culture and encourage people to learn from their mistakes

*Bring agile mindset and principles into practice

Daily rate max pay £450 per day

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
