Requirements
o A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
o The role will require some travel within the UK
o Knowledge of Single source regulations and reporting requirements is essential
o Knowledge of finance processes, standards and systems will be advantageous
o Holds or is able to attain security clearance
Responsibilities
o Financial oversight of the Framework Agreement and all associated tasks
o Ensuring that all costs attributed to the delivery of all contracts are captured accurately in the financial management toolsets
o Providing periodic financial reports of all costs and changes to budget in accordance with Single Source Regulations
o Bid modelling including production and review
o Cost Model assurance
o Analysis and interpretation of all financial management data across the Framework and its associated projects
o Completing all Qualifying Sub-Contract financial reporting obligations in a timely manner
o Support SSRO compliance audits as required
o Liaising directly with the client regarding financial matters

o Strong technical accounting skills & knowledge
o Good Excel skills
o Strong people skills; comfortable in interacting with operational and financial staff and management at all levels of seniority
o Well-developed communication and influencing skills
o Collaborative approach
o Attention to detail whilst still being able to work at a tactical level
