CTC/SC Cleared Communications Officer

My Government client are currently looking for a Communications Officer to join them on a 3 month+ contract.

Key Skills:

*Support Officer to the Programme Business Relationship Manager and Communications Lead

*Single Point of Contact and Coordination for the Programme Engagement and Communications

*Diary and Visits management of the Engagement Manager

*Support the development of engagement and communications programme documents and artefacts e.g. e-bulletins, engagement matrix

*Development and drafting of agendas, reports and briefs for Programme Engagement and Communication meetings

*Minute taking at meetings

*Events planning and organisation

*Building up a network of contacts across the business and work with other professionals across different Departments to create compelling content that drives staff engagement

Person Specification:

*Strong planning, organisational and people skills

*Experience in delivering messages to a large and/or complex workforce

*Good written and oral skills

*Good skills in relationship management

Desirable Experience

*Experience of developing and implementing communications strategies and plans

*Experience in print and online content production

*Good knowledge of the media and communications landscape
