My education client are currently looking for a Digital Analytics and Insights Manager to join them on a 2 month initial contract. This is a exciting opportunity to join a well known client on a large piece of work.

Job Description

*Responsibility for the measurement and evaluation of performance through collection and analysis of data from multiple sources and reporting to internal and external stakeholders

*Development and preparation of formal reports to meet the requirements of the Service management team and external funders

Providing leadership and management to the administration team within the Service, setting standards for the team, clarifying expectations and engaging members of the team in setting and delivering local team objectives that align to Service and client objectives;

*Providing strategic support and professional expertise to the Service management team, working in close partnership with the Corporate Manager to ensure the Service's operational priorities are effectively implemented and evaluated;

*Responsible for the initiation and implementation of initiatives which ensure an excellent online experience and maximise retention, under the guidance of the Corporate Manager;

*Strategically contributing to the continuous development of the Service;

*responding in an agile manner to the requirements of internal and external stakeholders;

*Making key decisions and planning and directing the effective use of resources and budgets to meet key priorities and challenges;

*Identifying changes and enhancements through analysis and monitoring of service delivery, using relevant management information and data to identify impact and trends, identifying and addressing risks and barriers to efficient, effective and consistent service delivery;

*Ensuring effective communications within the Service to enable effective working, interpreting policy and directives to inform the Service's operational priorities and planning.

Ideally, we would like someone with;

1) Experience of processing, analysing and interpreting complex data

2) Experience of defining and implementing operational processes and procedures in a customer service;

3) Skilled in quantitative research methodologies and data visualisation methods and software;

4) Thorough knowledge of data management systems, practices and standards, including knowledge of data protection and privacy best practice and regulations (e.g. GDPR);
