Systmone Trainer - Mobile Working App

You will be responsible for providing training to staff on a one to one basis on the Systmone Mobile Working application - prior experience is essential.

The successful candidate will have experience of the following:

1. Prepare and deliver IT training sessions with contingency plans

2. Schedule IT training where and as required

3. Adapt each training session to meet learner needs

4. Maintain comprehensive training records

5. Utilise and create lesson plans, quick reference guides and handouts to support learning

6. Communicate with staff across the organisation via email predominately and telephone, face-to-face

7. Report any hardware/software issue

8. Report to SystmOne Manager as to outcome of training and any issues identified

9. Deliver training in SystmOne Mobile Working application to clinical staff

10. Deliver training on 1-2-1 basis, working around clinical delivery of the services

11. Support training process as directed by SystmOne Manager
