Our client are currently looking for 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineers to work for a prestigious end customer in the financial sector, based in London.

The role would be to provide intermediate to advanced level desktop installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services in a Wintel environment. The successful candidate would also provide basic Wintel server installation, configuration, and administration and break fix repairs.

Candidates will provide 2nd line desktop support for Windows operating system environments and Microsoft applications and can be engaged to install pre-designed basic Wintel server solutions. They can also provide break-fix services to end-user computing, servers and printers.

Essential experience includes Windows 10 and VDI support.
