Cost Estimators

50 days - 6+ months contract

Our client offers services in cost analysis, modelling and engineering to the Defence industry. They are expanding rapidly in the Bristol area and are looking for highly motivated and technically able consultants.

We need consultants with the following profile and skills:

*Applicants must have a minimum 15 yrs experience in Defence analysis in one or more of the following disciplines:

*MOD approvals (knowledge of IGBC, MGBC, JSP507, JSP655 etc)

*Cost analysis/ estimation / modelling / forecasting (knowledge of gathering cost data, estimating, CAAS guidelines, CDALs, Verification and Validation, etc)

*Risk analysis (Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) etc)

*An understanding of Portfolio, programme and project management (benefits realisation, evidence management etc)

*Operational Analysis (OA) to support Business Cases and/or MOD policy development (knowledge of spreadsheet modelling, technology road mapping, etc)

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
