Trainer (Design, Development & Delivery).

Glasgow based.

Pay Rate: £450 - £550 per day.

We are looking for an experienced Trainer; Design, Development & Delivery based, to join the team for an initial phase of training. You will be working with a world leading organisation on an interested programme of work.

Key Responsibilities / Skills & Experience:

Enhance current Training Needs Analysis.

Assist in reviewing e-learning module.

Creation of a training video - oversight only.

Develop general awareness training for executives and SMEs.

Deliver training via conference rooms (80 personnel).

Face to face classroom based training (approx. 40 sessions of 8 to 10 participants).

Process based classroom delivery (12 personal) - to be design work completed by Business Analysts not Change/Training Team.
