Agile Business Analyst - Inside IR35

You will be responsible for liaising with SMEs to define requirements for a new system to be developed by an offshore team. Working in an agile environment you will be familiar with developing state diagrams, context diagrams and working with logical data models to provide developers with the specific information that they need to develop the solution. You will have experience of drilling down requirements, iterating epics and planning sprints as well as overseeing user acceptance testing.

Essential Experience includes:

* Experience of working with agile software development methodologies

* Substantial Business Systems Analysis experience on large scale IT projects and programmes

* Substantial experience of developing and documenting process models and supporting documentation

* Experience of working with outsourced system and service providers

* Working knowledge of UML, BPMN

* Proficient stakeholder management skills at all level including director

* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise competing activities
