£30,000 - £35,000 + Car (Private use) + Company Benefits

Are you a Contracts Manager from a Building Construction background looking to work for a family run and owned business that will offer a varied workload where you will be responsible for projects from conception through to completion?

On offer is a role where you will be working on an assortment of projects ranging from £10,000 up to £250,000. This role will involve client liaison, working closely with the estimation department and running works.

Further benefits include flexible working hours and a company car which can be used for private use.

The company in question have been established for 22 years and through continued growth are now looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team to help manage the increased workload.

Candidates who apply should have their SSSTS.

A good knowledge and understanding of Building construction is essential for this role.
