A truly global manufacturer that supplies to the food, pharmaceutical and construction markets are presenting the opportunity for a new Engineering Manager to join their Northamptonshire site. This is a company with fantastic retention of staff, great progression prospects and are investing hugely in the companies future. Supplying into such a range of industries means that it is also a very financially secure business so things like Brexit do not phase them.

As Engineering Manager you will lead a team of three other managers and report directly to the MD. You will be responsible for all aspects of Engineering including projects, capital expenditure, planned shutdown, process improvement, and the whole project lifecycle.

Interested? We are looking for some of the best Engineering Managers from within a food, chemical or pharmaceutical background. You should have either a Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical background and ideally have a degree or equivalent. At least a couple of years experience in an Engineering Manager or similar position is important.

On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £58,000 which is flexible dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience plus a very generous pension scheme and private healthcare for you and your family.
