Job Title - HR Change Delivery Manager
Location: Barlaston, Stoke on Trent
Duration - 3-6 Months
Summary of the Job & Key Responsibilities
Change Manager applies a structured methodology and leads change management activities. The HR Change Management lead represents the HR function on project & change management activities within the clients Program. The Client Program will build common process & IT (SAP) capabilities to support global businesses and a unified supply chain.
You will be part of the Client HR and Client project team and are accountable for the below tasks:
* Work with the project team coordinating and implementing the transition of the business changes
* Ensure legal compliance, best practice approaches and management of risk
* Develop / manage timeline for key HR activities within the project
* Review "as is" job descriptions for impacted roles and create "to be" job descriptions as appropriate according to Client guidelines
* Support the design, development, delivery of change communications to staff and key stakeholders
* Ensure that all stakeholders have relevant training provided and are comfortable with the new systems
* Possibly perform other relevant tasks that fall within the remit of the HR team
The job requirements
* Change and project management experience
* Highly organized
* High level of attention to detail
* HR background - Degree / CIPD qualified
* 5+ years relevant experience in HR and change management position
* Proven experience of working in a multinational company and being familiar with working in a global matrix organisation
* Clear and efficient communication and presentation skills
* Good team working and collaboration skills
* Ability to learn new tasks and demonstrates an ability to understand complex information
* Working with integrity & confidentiality
* General computer literacy, efficient user of MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools
