1st Line Support Engineer

Our client is a leading software provider that creates products for the construction and field service industry. They are now seeking an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer to join their growing and friendly team.

Working within a sociable, open plan office in a vibrant area of Bristol, you’ll have the chance to help maintain our client’s reputation for providing brilliant technical support. You’ll participate in important office discussions (usually regarding American football, storm troopers and cats) and gain exposure to their wide range of innovative products.

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of software support to customers via the telephone, email and live chat (our client uses Zendesk).

Using your exceptional communication skill, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with a high level of support for the products they have purchased.

- A strong technical understanding of Windows

- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

- The ability to work as part of a busy team and build positive relationships with customers

- A proven analytical approach to troubleshooting

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you must have fantastic communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, as well as a highly motivated and proactive approach.
