Salary - £35,000

Location - York (by the University Campus)

Are you a Junior C#.NET Developer looking to make that step up into a Mid-Level?

Bored of working on legacy code, eager to get involved with greenfield projects, working on new product development?

They have sites around the UK and US, but the technical hub has always been at York (by the University Campus) - currently they have 20 in their in-house software development team, but due to significant investment they are looking to double that in the next 12 months.

Their software development team is made up of some of the smartest developers I've had the pleasure of meeting in York - you're going to learn a lot working here.

The work you'll be doing won't be working on boring legacy code - it'll be developing enterprise grade web based applications used by hundreds of thousands of users - it'll be complex, it'll be challenging and above all, it'll keep your mind occupied.

Technology wise, you will be using C#.NET, following the MVC pattern, empowered by Javascript Libraries (like Jquery, RequireJS for example). Database wise, you'll be using MS SQL Server and nHibernate ORM.

As long as you have at least 12-18 months experience as a C#.NET Developer, they will want to speak with you - they have the infrastructure to train you up and develop you into a Mid-Level in the near future - and possibly even more beyond that, given their growth plans!

The salary for this Junior C# Developer role will start at £35,000 plus benefits like healthcare, 4% pension contribution, childcare vouchers, free parking and much more.
