1st line / 2nd line IT Support Engineer, Stockport, South Manchester

THE ROLE:

A global organisation in Stockport is requiring an experienced 1st/ 2nd Line IT Desktop Support Engineer for an initial 3 month contract period.

20% of your role will be offering 1st line regional helpdesk support (supporting 2000 employees).

80% of your role will be offering 2nd line onsite desktop support at the Stockport office. You should be confident using Windows 10, Office 365, MS project.

You should also have good experience with Active Directory as well as offering some Hardware support (e.g. refreshing programmes, basic troubleshooting).

Aside from technical ability, you should be someone who prides themselves on offering excellent customer service, and enjoys working part of a team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. 1st line Helpdesk support

2. 2nd line Onsite support

3. Active directory experience

4. Basic Hardware support experience

5. Experience working for large office based organisations
