CAD Technician (Utilities)

£19,000 - £20,000 + Pension + Life Assurance + Flexible Benefits

Are you a CAD Technician looking for an exciting new role with an industry leading company that offers extensive, industry specific training and clear scope to progress within a market leading UK utilities company?

On offer is a role where you will be part of a busy design team assisting Engineering operations throughout the business. The company is a market leader and they offer great training and progression as well as a very competitive benefits package.

Therefore, your role will include:

- Producing detailed drawings for issue to Contractors, Developers, Auditors and internal staff using the company CAD software and hardware.

-Process and interpret As-Laid drawings received from Contractors, to ensure provision of up to date, accurate work in progress drawings.

The Person:

-Knowledge of AutoCAD.

-Ability to work to tight deadlines.

-Knowledge of GIS would be advantageous but not necessary.
