Front End Engineer

£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Paddington, Central London

As a well-established digital agency, my client pride themselves on their strong engineering practice; from open sourcing their own tools and practices, adopting collaborative and empowering methods such as TDD, BDD.

They are looking for Senior Frontend Engineer to work in an Agile environment to conceive, describe and craft, useful digital services. You will be working on high profile projects, building responsive websites and mobile applications. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the full stack, utilising continuous integration processes and a broad range of technologies to deliver a high-quality customer focused experience across a range of devices.

Key skills needed:

* Experience of writing modular, object-oriented and testable JavaScript (AngularJS, Angular 2/4) and modular, responsive CSS

* Experience developing and releasing hybrid mobile apps using Apache Cordova/Phonegap and Ionic framework

* Cordova plugin development for IOS and Android

* Good knowledge of git

* Understanding of the full web stack including HTTP, REST APIs and performance debugging

* Confident problem solver, troubleshooter and debugger in both development and production environments
