A Technical Team Leader is required at a growing IT Support / MSP based in the heart of central London. Reporting directly to the Technical Director and the Managing Director, you will lead a small team of 3rd line engineers as well as performing a range of support, systems admin and project duties.

The role will be split between the office in Holborn and onsite at client locations in and around the capital.

You must have strong hands on technical skills as you will be an escalation point for the 2nd and 3rd line analysts. Ideally you will have some team leading or management experience. Above all you must be professional and experienced in a client facing role.

You should have advanced level skills in ALL the following areas:

- General IT support

- Windows Server 2008 to 2016

- Active Directory

- Office 365 admin

- Powershell

- MS Office 2013/2016

- Mac OSX (ideally)

- Routers, switches, networking

- Great customer service skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Any media industry experience a plus but not essential.

Prior experience working for an MSP would be a distinct advantage.

Any Microsoft or similar certificates hugely advantageous.
