WHAT TO EXPECT
Jaguar Land Rover are currently recruiting for a talented Resourcing Manager to join us in a brand new role supporting our IT Department during a period of substantial transformation spearheaded by a newly appointed CIO. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the journey towards Jaguar Land Rover becoming a technology company. As a Resourcing Manager you'll be aligned to the IT function, playing a key strategic role to support IT transformation and ensuring the delivery of the resourcing plans for IT.
Project managing the delivery of the workforce plan, you'll specifically focus on the in sourcing of key business critical skills for IT through coordination of various stakeholders. You'll be responsible for the provisioning of an Annual Total Resource Requirements plan (with minimum quarterly revisions) for IT through collaboration with IT Senior Managers and the IT HR Business Partner team.
The production of this demand plan will provide requirements and timescales for purchased service, contingent, permanent, and Future Talent and will be provided to Jaguar Land Rover recruitment partners and other business areas where needed.
Working with the IT hiring managers, recruitment partners, and the Centre of Excellence, you'll develop sourcing and candidate attraction strategies for IT in line with the overall talent acquisition strategy for the wider business.
Ensuring that that all partners and the business are aligned and accountable to achieve and deliver on the talent acquisition resourcing strategy and total resource requirements for IT, you'll be championing 'one way of working' and ensuring compliance to process and standards.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
This is a key role to the business as you will bridge the gap between Recruitment, HR and the IT functions; therefore you will need to be a creative minded individual with prior experience of leading a recruiting function and providing innovative solutions to attract talent into organisations.
The successful candidate will need excessive experience of partnering with IT departments during periods of considerable change; Prior experience of workforce planning and working with outsourced recruitment solutions will be key and you'll possess excellent stakeholder management skills as you'll need to lead, motivate, and interact with a wide ranging group of stakeholders.
The role would suit a results driven individual with the tenacity, drive and perseverance to overcome obstacles to ensure the role is a success.
Ideally suited to candidates with Recruitment Business Partnering/Resource Management or Change Lead experience gained within a global, complex organisation.
