The Client:

Looking for a Android developer to join them in building products for some of the biggest names in the entertainment business.

They are a growing dynamic team in Leeds who build and deliver large scale projects for a range of international customers. Working on a huge variety of projects and technologies, so there's always something new and interesting to get inolved with.

Project:

Parental safety mobile application that enables parents to tap into the mobile/device security settings and limit the amount of their child's usage and interlink with other applications on the device.

Requirements:

* Experience with Android Development / Native Android / Android SDK

* Some experience of developing /integrating Java applications

* Understanding of fundamental design principles and best practices used to create scalable applications

Desirable Skills:

* Knowledge of Agile software development practices

* Any experience in writing tests and some test driven development

* Knowledge of other back end languages/frameworks such as node or java spring or even modern front end frameworks such as react Native

Our Process:

* Work as part of a small team of Developers and a Product Owner

* Planning work in an agile Scrum process

* Conducting pair programming when beneficial

* Performing and receiving regular code reviews
