My multi-national Client within the Medical Device sector has an urgent requirement for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Manager to be based in their Oxford location. The

successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring software quality within complex medical device products through involvement, oversight and promotion of the Client's quality management system in relation to relevant regulations and standards. Particular focus is given to the software development lifecycle, verification / validation stages, Software development infrastructure tools and associated documentation particularly relating to IEC62304 and ISO14971.

Key skills:

· At least 3 years' experience working in a software QA role in a regulated environment

· Computer system validation experience

· BSc in a technical subject, preferably Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics, equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Experience with C# and / or Python.

· A high level of initiative with ability to self-manage.

· Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills:

· Experience with IEC62304

· Experience working in a small company, ideally in the bio-tech or medical device sector.

· Familiarity with FDA GMP.
