Spring Technology is recruiting for a UX Designer to work with our market leading client in Birmingham, on a 6 month initial contract, within their large digital function. This a great opportunity to work in a forward thinking company, with a great culture, working on the digital user experience for their high traffic website. In this role you will be consulting on maintaining the balance between the customer and business needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction against business requirements.

This will be a 6 month initial contract with a pay rate between £350 and £400 per day.

Within an Agile environment you will be working with various key players in the digital teams to map out the UX work streams, utilising your design knowledge against business requirements to continually optimise the business' high traffic website.

Essential Skills:

* ?Strong background in User Experience design or architecture, ideally coming from high traffic retail website design

* ?Good knowledge of a range of UX software such as Axure or Creative Suite

* ?Able to balance user focused design against the needs of the business

* ?Knowledge of user research utilising interviews, testing, framing and prototyping

* ?Worked within Agile teams
