We are currently recruiting for a project manager who is looking for their next big challenge.

The company are looking for a project manager who has worked on construction projects in the residential or commercial sectors.

They are looking for someone who has a stable work history and is looking to grow with them.

Successful candidates must have worked on projects of a minimum value of £15 million and been a number 1 on site.

Below is some of the duties that will be expected of you but not all of them.

Duties

Running the project from start to finish (conception to completion).

Being able to hold meetings with all levels from sub-contractors to directors and clients

Manage all aspects of the build

Liaise with pre-construction and commercial team

keeping Health and safety of the site

Inducting all members onto the site
