Excellent role on offer for an Engineer looking to take the next step in their career, moving off the tools into an Estimator role.
Are you an Engineer from a Workshop/Manufacturing/Machining background? Are you looking for excellent training to move into an Estimator role?
Established for over 50 years, this company specialise in a range of manufacturing services and processes for a variety of industries. Due to ongoing expansion through their client base, they are looking for an Estimator to join their expert team.
In this role you will receive Engineering drawings from clients and work closely with them to Estimate the cost, timescales, materials and processes needed for their requirement. You will receive excellent training to convert your existing experience into becoming a fully-fledged Estimator.
This role would therefore ideally suit an Engineer from a Workshop/Manufacturing/Machining background, looking to step off the tools into an Estimator role.
The Role:
* Estimating jobs to cost, timescales, materials and processes
* Reading Engineering drawings
* Excellent training provided
* £30'000 - £40'000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
The Person:
* From a Workshop/Manufacturing/Machinist background
* Looking to step off the tools
* Commutable to Folkestone
* Looking to work for a well-established company
