IT Training Coordinator - Portsmouth
IT Training Coordinator required by an international FTSE 250 organisation based in Portsmouth, to join the Applications Training team as part of a company wide SAP implementation. Reporting to the Applications Training Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of all activities in the training lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
* Respond to and coordinate training requests to qualify requirements
* Coordinate provision of internal resources for training delivery
* Work with training leads to deliver the training plan and all related activities
* Maintenance of training surveys and reporting off the surveys
* Upload training documentation on to Sharepoint and amend if necessary
* Quality assurance on training content and highlight any issues
* Attend team meetings and input ideas into the improvement of training
* Manage the readiness of the training facilities and ensure any issues relating to the training rooms are dealt with
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Experience as an IT Trainer, ideally in relation to applications or software implementations
* Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
* Ability to multi-task and work quickly in a fast moving environment
* A demonstrable client orientated approach
* Proficient in MS Office, and ideally Sharepoint however this isn't essential
Other requirements:
* Full driving licence
* Must have, or be able to gain MOD SC Security Clearance
Salary and Benefits:
* £30,000 - £35,000 basic
