Technical Team Leader

£45,000 + benefits
Spring Technology are currently seeking a Technical Team Leader to join our market leading client based in Rotherham.
You will be responsible for the leadership and mentoring of Microsoft .Net Developers while being the technical lead responsible for application development on one of more projects at any given time and will undertake duties such as:
*Consulting with business customers
*Head of to gather project requirements
*Help to produce scopes for the senior executive teams
*Maintaining backlogs and defining clear user stories for the development team using Agile Scrum Methodologies
The Technical Team Leader will also be responsible for the architecture of all systems, implementing best practices and improving the full SDLC.
The ideal candidate will have following:
*Team Leadership experience within an Agile Scrum Environment
*Strong Organisational Skills
*Worked within the Microsoft Stack - C#. ASP.Net, MVC, SQL Server
*Knowledge of Unit Testing and UI Testing
*Experience of Mixed Project Management environments - Waterfall or Prince 2
*
