Scrum Master / Agile Coach - Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Lean, Jira, Confluence - Birmingham / Contract / 6 Months

Spring Technology is currently working on behalf of a global IT and Business consulting firm to recruit an experienced Scrum Master for a 6 month contract based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to work for a global brand that is looking to implement agile practises for a number of technical projects. You will be tasked with all agile aspects and will need to use approaches such as Scrum and Kanban.

Requirements

*Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, practices and principles

*Knowledge of Agile approaches such as Kanban and Scrum

*Tools such as Jira or confluence are highly advantageous

*Be an excellent motivator and communicator

*Previous experience in a similar role

*Hold a valid CSM, PSM I, ASM, SCM or PMI-ACP

*To lead scrum processes

Duties

*Mentor the teams to implement an Agile culture

*Ensuring the smooth day to day running of agile teams to deliver their best performance

*Ensuring the team are motivated and highly productive in delivering a fast and reliable service

*Understand any technical issues that may arise

*Support the organisation in its Agile adoption

*Be in constant communication with the client during project delivery
