Proteus Europe is searching for an IS Support Administrator for our client based in Wembley, London

Your New role :-
System Administration Full Workstation/server OS server builds, ADS administration, Maintain successful backups, WSUS for servers/workstation
Incident, Problem, Change Management Log and take ownership of Incidents, Problems and Changes onto the Service Desk for commercial and Production related issues.
Technical Support 1st/2nd Support workstations, laptops, applications, printers and mobile devices
Asset Management Shared 5 Inventory control management of local and global IT assets and data points
Undertaking Project Work as Requested Implement local and global project in a timely manner
Manage and Maintain Documentation
Write, update and maintain network schematics, work instructions and procedures for the Production and Commercial network infrastructure
IT Order Management
Manage and Maintain the order management process and keep all related documents filed and organised
Other Duties Perform other reasonable duties with the needs of the department EHS

Essential Skills :-
Windows Operating Systems (XPWindows 7Windows 8), 2010/2012, Anti-Virus Software, MS Office 2003 - 2010, Remote Access Tools, VPN advanced High
Sharepoint, Windows OS 20032008 R22012, SAP, Citrix, XEN Server, VMWare, Symactec Backup Exec basic High
Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Groups) basic High
Communication skills, analytical skills, calm under pressure, flexible, working independently, team spirited, self-starter, Initiative Advanced Medium
