A well-established Robotic Process Automation (RPA) vendor with offices in the UK, US, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland & France are looking for a Senior Java Developer. Their RPA software accelerates Digital Process Transformation and eliminates the costs of the remaining manual tasks anywhere within their customer's organisation. They have over 3,000 customers worldwide that use their RPA software to automate their business processes.

Due to their continued success they are now looking to grow their development team and as such are looking for a Java Developer based in their offices in Burnham, Buckinghamshire. As part of the development team, you will be expected to build and develop their flagship Robotic Process Automation solutions, you will also be using Agile processes on an up-to-date and evolving technology stack.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be both an individual contributor and provide technical assistance partnering with the product management team to define, design and implement new functionality across various solutions. You'll also take ideas from concept to implementation using mock-ups and customer feedback as appropriate and will be expected to develop web solutions based on the companies robotics functionality while analyzing and resolving intricate technical challenges.

Skills and Experience

- Strong Java development skills

- Strong database skills (any vendor)

- Working with version control systems and release plans

- Shell scripting knowledge, ideally cross-platform

- SAP Knowledge: ABAP, NetWeaver

- Oracle E-Business Suite

More…

- OS knowledge: Windows, UNIX, (especially Linux).

- Knowledge of GIT, TypeScript and JIRA.

- Proficiency in JDBC and generic XML API's.

- Working with multiple teams in a distributed environment.
