This is a nationwide security company, and during the "out of hours" times, this role is the living, breathing soul of the company. You'll be responsible for ensuring that any incidents that occur on any of the sites are recorded, dealt with and communicated accordingly.

You'll also be responsible for remotely monitoring all of their CCTV units and ensuring that they are in working order. You'll also be responsible for completing admin tasks. This role is ever-developing, and new tasks and responsibilities will likely be introduced periodically.

- You'll have a good understanding of basic IT skills and a willingness to learn new ones.

- You'll also be comfortable on the phone when dealing with incidents.

- You'll have an attention to detail and strive to have a job done well - even under time pressure.

- Most importantly, you'll be someone who has a real willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic job role which will present new tasks from day to day.

- Having experience in a control room and security services is desirable.

You must be available to work on the weekend and nightshift.

HOURS: 2 x 12-hour shifts on SAT & SUN with availability to complete shifts during the week.
