A growing Energy Company in the West Midlands are currently looking for Home Move Team Manager (Energy Industry) to join their company on a permanent basis. The successful Home Move Team Manager (Energy Industry) will play an integral part of the Operations team to help manage the Customer Journey, helping to create and streamline customer and industry processes. This will be a 'hands-on' role with mass exposure to other areas of the business and a fantastic opportunity for an Home Move Team Manager (Energy Industry) to join a Utility going through a massive period of growth

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

* Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience working in the Energy Retail Industry in Customer Operations (Energy Suppliers)

* Must have experience working in Operations as Team Manager in a COTs/Change of Tenancy/Home Moves/Change of Occupancy team

* Great people skills and ability to bring out the best in a team environment

* Must have experience managing or leading a team

* Motivated and driven to help improve business processes and personally develop

* Excellent eye for detail and excellent organisation skills are a must

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

* Experience working for a start-up energy company would be a massive advantage

* Both Gas and Power Operations expertise would be ideal

* Experience working on projects and helping drive projects in an Energy business

Day to Day role:

As Home Move Team Manager (Energy Industry) you will play a vital role in leading the Operations team in order to identify beneficial process improvements, remove inefficiencies, improving agent performance, driving forward ideas on projects which will help the company, avoiding metering/billing/customer queries, bringing out the best in the teams and sharing best practice to drive forward the success of the Business. Experience in Customer Service, Complaints, Metering, Erroneous Transfers, Disputes, and all other areas of the Change of Tenancy
