CRM Support Analyst

A brand new and exciting role has just arisen for a talented CRM Support Analyst to join a leading charity based in Euston, Central London. You will be one of the main point of contacts delivering 1st / 2nd line support on the extensive CRM (any CRM skills is fine). This is a brilliant chance for someone to specialize in CRM Support (help desk) and really learn new and exciting skills.

As the CRM Support Analyst (help desk) will also be responsible for delivering training to all user on the CRM system. No formal experience in training is required although you will need to have the confidence to delivery this of small groups (10 people max). Any CRM is acceptable including Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, Raisers Edge or anything else.

Skills Required for the CRM Support Analyst / Help Desk are:

- Strong 1st / 2nd line experience especially off a CRM system

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders & the confidence to lead training sessions

- Proven experience picking up new systems quickly
