VoIP engineer position open within a leading automotive organisation in the North East

We are a global provider of Voice Networking and UC communication solutions. Based in Sunderland City Center, we are looking to hire a networking and communcations specialist.

After winning a number of new projects we are looking for a self-starter to join our customer facing team resolving issues and providing support.

What you will be doing;

- Proving technical support for our customers.

- Work with providers and vendors to debug faults.

- Analyse and review change requests within.

- Identify and document support procedures

- Contribute to and be involved in a number of different projects working with enterprise clients.

What you will have;

* LAN/WAN - Technologies

* LAN/WAN - Network Design, Provisioning and Installation

* LAN/WAN - Management / Monitoring / Documentation (Visio)

* Knowledge of Enterprise Wireless Solutions - Aerohive Ideal

* Centralised / Hosted Telephony Knowledge - VOIP / SIP (Broadsoft / MiTel / Avaya IP Office)

* Telephony and Contact Centre System Process / Configuration Experience

* Skilled in Call Routing Design, Configuration and Technical Support

* Cisco Administration - Firewalls/Routers/Switches (CCNA Level or above)

* Network Routing / Proxy Servers / Proxy Scripts

* Web Application Support / Fault Resolution
