Role: Kitchen Designer / Showroom Manager

Location: Nuneaton, West Midlands

Salary: Flexible for the right candidate

My client requires a Kitchen Designer / showroom manager for immediate start on client site in Nuneaton.

Key skills & Experience:

*Previous experience of CAD design software (Articad, Virtual Worlds preferred but specific programmes will be brought in to suit the right candidate)

*Hansgrohe product knowledge.

*A full understanding of the installation process.

*Ability to use easy quote.

*Connect with customers over the phone, through email, and on the shop floor to understand their remodelling needs and guide them through the design and purchasing process.

*Full driving licence.

*An engaging personality and strong communication skills both written and verbal

*The ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact

*Great organization skills and the ability to focus on multiple projects

*The ability to see project through from conception to sale

*Liaising with other members of the department / team leaders and managers.

*Keeping up to date with new procedures and products.

*You will have excellent organisational skills

*Be self-motivated

*Willing to work as part of a dynamic team.

*A keen eye for detail is essential

Advantageous qualities / skills:

*Advise your customers: answer questions about product, technical specifications, design trends, and space planning

*Identify and develop sales leads, nurturing the prospect through the sales process, and closing sales

*Develop a sales pipeline of potential customers

Key details:

*This post will be a full time 5 days a week post including Saturdays.

*Full driving licence is required.

*Standard salary plus commission and fuel allowance to be based in a mid to high end luxurious showroom based in Nuneaton.
