Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - North/Central London - Established Main contractor

This is an exciting opening for two Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious luxury high rise residential projects based in Central London (worth between £15 million - £70 million.)

With their head office based in North London, this established contractor have recently won several long term contracts hence the need to expand their commercial team.

This is great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking add value by working on nationally recognised schemes or a surveyor looking to take their next step up.

Senior Quantity Surveyor candidate requirements:

* Must have main contractor or developer background.

* Previous experience working on high value residential new build projects.

* Experience as the lead surveyor on site.

* Experience with post pre contract and post contract duties.

* Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

* Must have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction qualification.
