Service Delivery Manager

We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join Experis on a permanent basis.

You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant division, on a major account based in Blackpool.

Project description:

* The client are undertaking a large programme to identify and deliver transformative changes to an existing application, which is a key enabler of the programme.

* The primary objective of the programme is to deliver vital application changes to tight timescales, alongside significant levels of change in the wider IT estate and following universally adopted agile delivery principles/methods.

* The programme will also be evaluating and, where possible, leveraging technological developments in cognitive and automation to operationally streamline the end-to-end process and deliver an enhanced citizen and user experience.

Required Skills:

* You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery as an overarching project manager across a growing programme.

* You will work closely with the client-side Product Owner and key business and project stakeholders to manage the delivery commercials resourcing of the team and project reporting both internally and externally for client reporting.
