I am currently recruiting for an experienced Dynamics CRM Support professional to work in 2nd and 3rd line support for a leading IT services provider in Slough. They operate a range of IT systems that provide remote monitoring for various business needs, and have a range of highly customised systems built on a .NET framework. They also operate a highly customised version of Dynamics CRM that you would be working on. They have recently upgraded to Dynamics 365 and have taken the opportunity to bring their support team in house.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong experience in Dynamics CRM Support

* Experience supporting applications using Java and C# will be an advantage

* Excellent communication skills
