UX/UI/Designer/User Experience/User interface/Wireframing/Photoshop/Axure/Illustrator/UX Designer/UI Designer/Senior My client has just signed off a brand-new position for a Senior UX/UI Designer to come and join their office in Westminster. Their cutting-edge technology is designed for sports players and coaches to get insights into sessions, compare players and visualise data. Players can also log in to view their own performance and maximise their potential. They are looking to add many more developers and designers to their team in the next few months. The Senior Designer will be involved in all aspects of UX/UI design for our existing and new products, working closely with the product, engineering and commercial teams.Responsibilities:

'€¢Provide input into the development of all consumer and business facing UX/UI's across desktop and mobile.'€¢Work collaboratively with the design and technical team developing prototypes for concept demonstration.'€¢Run design workshops and user testing sessions internally and externally.'€¢Participate in customer meetings and translate requirements into creative UX solutions.'€¢Sketch and wire frame new user interfaces to discuss with stakeholders and evolve with UI Designers.'€¢Contribute to strategic thinking around UX/UI for all our products, with a "bigger picture" view.'€¢Follow modern design principles such as cross platform, multi-screen, responsive, metro/flat/material design.'€¢Incorporate data and feedback into design iterations.'€¢As an experienced member of the team, provide mentorship/support to more junior members.

Skills we're looking for:

'€¢Confident knowledge of the whole UX/UI design process, and demonstrable experience of user centered design: business and user needs, user personas, user journeys, site and app maps, wireframes, etc.'€¢Knowledge of design and usability best practices for the web and apps.'€¢Technical competency in Axure or similar wire framing / prototyping tools.'€¢Technical competency in Photoshop or similar visual design tools.'€¢Sketching skills to communicate ideas effectively within the team.'€¢Ability to manage projects, multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

My client is based in Central London and is easily commutable from Greater London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.They're looking to line up initial interviews the week commencing the 19th February.
