Java Developer (Spring Docker TDD Java8)
Location: Central London
Rate: £550 to £600 p/day
Term: 6 months
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Java Developer sought to design and develop server-side components, with a focus on highly transactional web based payment applications for a leading games software house. You'll deliver high quality, maintainable code and solve challenging technical problems within distributed environments as part of an Agile TDD team.
You'll be working with a modern technology stack including Java8, Spring IOC, Kafka and Kubernetes. Collaborative team environment with a range of onsite facilities.
Requirements:
*Strong core Java design and development skills including Java8
*Experience with Agile TDD development
*Familiar with DevOps type environments, ideally good knowledge of Docker / Kubenetes
*Exposure to Kafka
*Excellent communication skills, collaborative and pragmatic
