Senior Analyst | Glasgow | Competitive Salary

You will be reporting to the Service Desk Manager. The role is responsible for tackling advanced support tickets for clients and internal users that the frontline Support Analysts have escalated. You will be mentoring and guide support analysts in addition to contributing to improving processes and documentation within the department. This role offers an excellent learning opportunity working beside a highly-skilled, motivated team with the potential of progressing within the department and company!
