Contracts Manager / Civils & GroundworksAn established UK civils and groundworks contractor is on the lookout for a Contracts Manager to operate in the North London area.This organisation specialises in civils and groundworks projects across a range of sectors including retail, residential and education. The successful candidate will be working under the Construction Director, out of their office in Buckinghamshire, to further build a dynamic management team who are looking to take the businesses from strength to strength.The role is mainly based between projects in the North London area with a weekly labour meeting on a Tuesday down in their offices in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will ideally be an individual who has experience managing numerous jobs worth up to around £20 million simultaneously.The candidate must have minimum 5 years' experience working in a Contracts Manager role. This individual will be a standalone decision maker with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Key skills: '€¢10+ years' experience in groundworks, RC Frame, concrete, piling, reinforced steel, drainage.
