Environment/Objective -

Digital Procurement Solution (DPS) program: deployment of SAP ARIBA solution to cover Source To Contract & Procure to Pay processes.

As part of the Global DPS Program involving the UK, France, Germany & Spain, you will be responsible for business analyst activity for France, reporting to the DPS France Project Manager.

Essential Skills needed -

Minimum 4 or 5 year's higher education in finance or IT.

Ideally good knowledge of Peoplesoft AP & SAP ARIBA or others e-procurement solution integrated with Account Payable.

Fluent French and English - Both written or Oral.

Role -

Support the Global Business Analyst in their activities of business requirements gathering from assigned Business SMEs in all involved functional resources and departments: Procurement, A/P, accounting, finance,

Support local Business SME in collecting data, performing impact analysis, designing core solution and testing.

Take charge of all project phases concerning local IT impacts & interfaces scope in relation with the Program integration team, architects & local IT Teams : design, specifications, integration tests, testing scripts, support to business acceptance tests, deployment and transition.

Contribute to rollout of SAP ARIBA for France: gap analysis, configuration, testing, support to BAT & rollout phases, early life support.

Participate to local OCM activities: training guide preparation, communications.
